Good to know
When do I pay?
No card is needed to book. Send your request and we'll confirm your delivery window by text or email. To secure your date, we'll send you a link to pay a $25 deposit, which goes toward your total. You pay the rest when your kit arrives. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before delivery.
How long is a rental?
Both kits include a 7-day rental. Need more time? Extend for $45/week (Moove 25) or $65/week (Moove 50) — just let us know before your pickup date.
Can businesses use Moove?
Our kits are designed for condo and apartment moves, but we're happy to hear about office and small business moves too. Email hello@rentmoove.com with your move date and size, and we'll see what we can do.
Do I still need to book my building's elevator?
Yes. Follow your building's move-in/move-out rules. We schedule drop-off and pickup around your booked elevator window.
Are the totes clean?
Every tote is sanitized between rentals and arrives nested and ready to pack.
